Opinion

These are series of packaging by Brooklyn Fare, a grocery store providing fresh, delicious groceries and prepared foods at approachable prices in Brooklyn, New York. I found this packaging very creative and attractive at the same time. I like how the copywriting uses that kind of edgy-humor tone. One packaging that I realized was the coffee cup, as the copy seems to take cheap shots on Starbucks, without directly offending and putting out a name.

Copy Strategy The branding including the packaging of Brooklyn Fare was designed by Mucca Design. They used their uniqueness as one of their customer attraction strategy. The way they deliver and speak out their identity really sets them apart from other competitors, like a grocery store. Each packaging has its very own copy written on them. Giving some type of personalization to the brand/products will be way better than having a one-for-all type of packaging. Looking at the bigger picture, this strategy may also result in indirect marketing through this modern-day. The customers may take a photo of these packaging, share them on their social media due to its uniqueness. Which in return, Brooklyn Fare will have an increase in their brand exposure, for free.

Reimagined copy I personally feel like all of the copy suit the packaging already. Probably for the soup bowl, it could be changed to 'Not your ordinary stock'.
